Each custom Billie Simone creation begins with a private 30-minute consultation with Chelsea, followed by a digital CAD rendering. Every stone is sourced with your approval to ensure it reflects your vision before we move forward.

Investment & Timelines: An elegant process, from start to finish. Custom commissions are completed in two installments, with invoices delivered by email and secure, streamlined payment instructions.

Phase One: A 50% deposit reserves your gemstone(s) and initiates the design process.

Phase Two: The remaining 50% is due before your finished piece is prepared for shipment.

Most designs are ready within 6–8 weeks of deposit, though timing may vary depending on complexity and sourcing.

Heirloom Stones: We occasionally accept heirloom gems, reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While every precaution is taken, resetting heirloom stones carries inherent risk, and Billie Simone Jewelry cannot assume responsibility for any damage that may occur during production.

We proudly ship worldwide, ensuring each piece arrives safely and promptly. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic US Orders: All domestic shipments are sent via UPS, complete with insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or added to your invoice.

International Orders: All international shipments are sent via UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout, and we’re happy to provide an estimate before purchase.

Customs & Duties: Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the client. Fees vary by destination and must be paid directly to your customs office upon arrival.

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. That said, if you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Ready-to-Ship Items:

Unworn ready-to-ship jewelry (unless otherwise noted) may be returned under the following conditions:

- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Ship back within 7 days using a Billie Simone return label.
- A 5% restocking fee + cost of return shipping applies to refunds.

Exchanges will not be accepted if the piece is returned in anything less than new condition.

We’re delighted to provide cleaning and assessment upon request. For cleanings only, a trusted local jeweler may be used.
