SHIPPING & TAXES

All orders will be processed within 2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Items will be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail, unless upgraded to USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express. Please make sure your order is shipped to a secure address, as once the package has been delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

All domestic orders shipped with USPS 1st Class Mail typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Sales tax is assessed by state guidelines.

RETURNS

 

Sometimes things don't work out & we totally get it. Billie Simone Jewelry will gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. Because majority of our items are made-to-order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will only apply to returns. Exchanges will not have a restocking fee.
